Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that if you forget or cancel your appointment without providing enough notice, we will not be able to fill that spot. Our Fringe policies require 24 hours' notice for all non-chemical services and 48 hours for all chemical services. If you cancel or reschedule within these time frames, a 25% charge will apply. Additionally, a NO SHOW will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Please note that we do not offer refunds!
